STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• NEL guarantees within 15 days the correction of provided installation software at no additional cost;
• All requirements changes proposed during the execution of the project will have to be subject to evaluation to determine and valuation of additional costs;
• Payments must be made through bank transfer to the NEL account witch will be indicated on the invoice itself;
• NEL act in accordance with security standards proposed by the customer;
• NEL undetakes not to disclose to third parties without the customer consent, information obtained or generated in the course of the activities in this project;
• All invoices are valid during 30 days.
